1. What we collect

When you join the Karu waitlist, we collect your email address, user type (customer or vendor), and city. We also store a hashed (non-reversible) version of your IP address for security purposes only.

2. How we use it

We use your email solely to notify you when Karu launches in your city. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising. We do not use cookies or tracking pixels.

3. Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless analytics tool. No personal data is collected. No consent banner is required.

4. Your rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@getkaru.io. We will remove your record within 72 hours.

5. Data storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure in the EU West region. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
